How do I reserve an apartment?

-When you have chosen the apartment you wish to stay at, you must contact Pinkapartmani by phone (+381 65 4646 764), email, or form pinkapartmani@gmail.com. Klick on the following link for more details: reservations

When is my reservation complete?

-Your reservation is valid the moment you recieve our confirmation email.

How do i cancel my reservation?

-In case you have to cancel your reservation, we ask you to do this by phone. But nevertheless it can be done by email as well. We ask you to do this as much in advance as possible. PINKAPARTMANI will be glad to acomodate you another time.

Does my apartment have internet connection?

The majority of apartments do have internet.

Is there a telephone in the flat?

-The majority of apartments have telephones. Keep in mind that the only locan calls can be made, international calls can be accepted.

Who will give me the keys?

Someone will be waiting at the adress of your appartment to greet you and give you the keys. At this point you are also expected to make your payment. You will be given our operator’s name and telephone number.

What should I do with the keys when it is time to leave?

-The keys will be givin back to the operator. Or left in a designated spot.

When do i pay?

The payment is made after you have signed the contract and the operator has given you the keys.

Do i have to make a deposite to ensure my reservation?

This is not mandatory, all reservations are assured by getting the confirmation email.
