Claim a booking
Booked a stay without creating an account? Your booking still belongs to the email address you used. Claiming links it to your BGApartman account so it appears in My bookings and can be reviewed after a completed stay. This page explains how claiming works and what it does not change.
On this page
The short version
- Claiming links a booking made as a guest to your account.
- Finding a booking never needs an account; claiming does.
- Nothing about the stay changes: status, dates and terms stay exactly the same.
- A completed stay must be claimed before you can review it.
What claiming does
A booking created without signing in stays tied to the email address you entered. Anyone who can open that inbox can find it, and we can send it a secure recovery link.
Claiming attaches that booking to your BGApartman account. Afterward it appears in My bookings on every device you sign in from, and it becomes reviewable once the stay is completed.
Claiming is free and changes nothing else: the status, dates, guests and cancellation terms stay exactly as they were agreed.
Find versus claim

How to claim your booking
Claiming takes a few minutes. It needs one thing: an account whose verified email address is the same one you booked with.
- 1
Open Find booking
Find booking is linked in your booking email and available in the site menu.
- 2
Enter your booking email
Use the address you entered when you booked. If bookings exist for it, we email a secure link.
- 3
Open the secure link
The link shows your bookings. No sign-in is needed to view them.
- 4
Choose Add to my account
This starts the sign-in or sign-up flow and remembers which booking you selected.
- 5
Confirm the claim
Sign in with the matching email, review the booking and select Confirm and add booking. You then land in My bookings.
Requirements and limits
-
The emails must match
Your account's verified email must be the same address used for the booking. Letter case is ignored.
-
One account per booking
If a booking is already linked to another account, it cannot be claimed again.
-
Repeating a claim is safe
If the booking already belongs to you, claiming again simply confirms it and changes nothing.
-
Links are time-limited
A recovery link works until it expires. If it has, request a new one from Find booking.
Keep your link private
A recovery link proves access to the booking email, so treat it like a key: anyone who opens it can see the bookings for that address. The link does not sign you in, and claiming still requires your account password and a verified email.
If something does not work
- No email arrived
- Check your spam folder and confirm you entered the address you booked with. For privacy, the request always gives the same confirmation whether or not bookings exist.
- Your account uses a different email
- Sign in with the account that uses the booking email, or verify that address on your account first. Claiming is rejected when the emails differ.
- The booking is already linked
- If it belongs to another account, it cannot be moved. If it is already yours, the claim page confirms that instead of adding it twice.
- The link expired
- Request a new link from Find booking with the same email address.
