Reviews
Reviews on BGApartman come only from guests with a completed stay, so every score reflects a real visit. This page explains who can review, how to publish one, how long you have, and how ratings and moderation work.
On this page
The short version
- Only a guest with a completed stay can review a property.
- One review per booking, published once and never edited.
- You have 90 days from the checkout date to publish.
- Reviews are public; our team can hide policy violations.
Who can review
A booking is reviewable when all of these are true:
- The stay is marked completed. The host completes it on or after the checkout date.
- The booking belongs to your account. If you booked as a guest, claim it first.
- You are within 90 days after the checkout date.
- The stay has not been reviewed yet.
You cannot review a place you host yourself.
How to leave a review
You can start from the completed booking or from the property page.
- 1
Find the completed stay
Open My bookings and choose Leave a review on the completed stay, or use the eligible-stay action on the property page.
- 2
Choose a rating
Give the stay a score from 1 to 5 stars.
- 3
Write your experience
Up to 2,000 characters. Describe what worked and what could be better, and keep personal contact details out.
- 4
Preview and publish
Check the preview, then publish. The dialog shows the property, your dates and the exact deadline before you send it.
The 90-day window
Your review window opens when the stay is completed and closes 90 days after the checkout date, measured in the property's local timezone. The exact deadline is shown before you publish, for example: leave your review by 12 October, property local time.
A missed deadline cannot be extended. Each completed stay can be reviewed once, but a new stay can always be reviewed again.
What happens after you publish
Your review becomes public on the property page with your first name and the month of your stay, and it counts toward the property's rating immediately.
Reviews cannot be edited or deleted by guests after publishing, so write it as the final version.
How ratings work
Each review is one rating from 1 to 5 stars. The property page shows the number of reviews and their average.
Averages appear once a property has at least three published reviews, so a single stay never defines a score. When more than five reviews exist, a rating breakdown appears and you can filter the list by star value.
Moderation
Reviews are public and are not edited by the platform. Our support team can hide a review that breaks the rules, such as spam, abuse or exposed personal information. Hidden reviews stop counting toward the rating, but they remain visible to their author under My reviews, and the stay stays reviewed.
Your review history
My reviews lists everything you have published, newest first, including hidden reviews. Open any of them to see the full review and its current visibility.
