For hosts

Hosting on BGApartman means listing a place, answering booking requests and keeping stays on track. Everything you need lives in the hosting workspace, and this page walks through what you can do today and how to do it, step by step.

On this page

The short version

  • Publish a listing with the guided accommodation form, then edit it any time.
  • Review booking requests, confirm or decline them, and complete stays after checkout.
  • Manage everything from the hosting workspace: dashboard, accommodations and bookings.
  • BGApartman does not collect payments yet; arrange payment directly with your guest.

Your hosting workspace

Sign in and switch to hosting from your account area. The workspace has four places:

  • Dashboard

Your starting point, with a notice when bookings are waiting for a response.

  • Add accommodation

The step-by-step form that publishes a new listing.

  • My accommodations

Search and manage every place you host.

  • Bookings

Requests and stays across all of your listings.

Use Switch to hosting in the account menu to enter the workspace, and Switch to travelling to return to the guest side. On smaller screens the workspace opens from the navigation button in the header.

Publish an accommodation

Every listing is created with the same guided form. Continue validates the current step, and nothing is stored until you publish.

  1. 1

    Property basics

Choose the property type and what guests get, then set capacity, bedrooms, beds and bathrooms.

  2. 2

    Location

Enter the address and place the pin on the exact property. The timezone is detected from the pin.

  3. 3

    Amenities

Select everything guests can use, such as Wi-Fi, parking, a kitchen or a pool.

  4. 4

    Photos and description

Write a clear title and description and add five to ten photos. The first photo is the cover, and you can reorder them.

  5. 5

    Pricing and availability

Set the nightly price and the minimum stay, with an optional maximum stay.

  6. 6

    Guest rules

Choose Request booking or Instant Booking, then set check-in, checkout and house rules. We strongly recommend Request booking so you can verify availability and prepare before accepting. Instant Booking confirms even before you see the notification.

  7. 7

    Cancellation policy

Choose Flexible (24 hours), Moderate (5 days) or Firm (7 days). Guests receive a full refund through the deadline and no refund after it.

  8. 8

    Review and publish

Check the preview, then publish. Listings go live immediately; leaving the form before publishing discards your entries.

Manage your accommodation

Open My accommodations to see every listing you host. Search by name or filter by property type, then open a listing to manage it. Each listing has three tabs:

  • Available now

    Listing

Edit basics, location, amenities, photos, pricing, booking and house rules, or cancellation policy. Choose the booking method under Booking & house rules. Each section saves independently.

  • Preview only

    Calendar

A preview of availability management. Calendar sync is not active yet.

  • Preview only

    Settings

A preview of listing settings, such as unpublishing and billing. These actions are not active yet.

Changes apply to future bookings. Existing bookings keep their original terms and method; switching to Instant Booking does not confirm earlier pending requests.

Manage booking requests

Requests and instant bookings appear in Bookings. Instant bookings arrive already Confirmed and notify both you and the guest. Use status tabs or guest search, and open Details for contact information, special requests and stay details.

Pending requests appear oldest first so you answer the longest wait, and every other status lists newest first.

What you can do depends on the status

  • Pending Confirm the stay, or decline the request.
  • Confirmed Mark the stay completed after checkout, or cancel the booking.

Declined, cancelled and completed bookings are final and cannot be reopened.

The platform does not send automatic emails for declines or cancellations. If plans change, reach out to the guest yourself using the contact details in the booking.

Complete a stay

A confirmed booking becomes completed only when you mark it, and only on or after the checkout time. Do this after the guest has checked in and left; never complete a cancelled booking or a no-show.

Completing a stay lets the guest leave a verified review within 90 days. Reviews are public and cannot be edited by you or the guest.

A note on payments

BGApartman does not collect or process payments yet. Confirming a booking accepts the stay; arrange arrival and payment directly with the guest. If you cancel a confirmed booking, return anything you already collected; the guest is entitled to a full refund.

Still being built

A few parts of hosting are not available yet:

  • Calendar sync with other platforms.
  • Accommodation settings, unpublishing and deletion.
  • Automatic guest emails for declines, cancellations and completions.
  • Platform payments and refunds.
